Vinten | Buy an Extended Warranty

It’s simple to cover your Vinten product with an Extended Warranty or Refresh Package.

1. Check your product is included in the list of covered products
2. Choose the level of cover you require
3. Call the Customer Services team in your country:

Germany: +49 89 321 58 277
You will need your credit card and the serial number of the product/s you wish to purchase cover for.

Extended Warranty Packages
As soon as payment has been cleared your Warranty is activated. Within 14 days, your Extended Warranty certificate and information on claiming against your warranty will be sent electronically to the email address given at the time of ordering.

Refresh Service
Once payment has been cleared, you will be contacted by the service centre in your country to arrange sending your equipment in for cleaning and inspection.

A reminder…
At the moment, only Vinten owners in the UK, France and Germany can buy Extended Warranty or Refresh packages. If you live outside these countries, you can arrange servicing for your product through our global network of Service Centres.
