Premium Warranty Package
Do you want complete peace of mind? Then our Premium Warranty package is for you:

Unique to Vinten’s Premium Extended Warranty we will repair or replace any part that, through wear and tear, adversely affects the performance of your equipment
Unlimited repair or replacement of faulty parts
Unlimited labour
Unlimited number of services
Examination report on level of repair and condition
Preferential rates for shipping to your nearest Service Centre
Inclusive return shipping costs to country of origin
Updated Warranty Certificate detailing work carried out, providing valuable information when re-selling equipment
Work undertaken by Vinten service specialists
Insurance report, if required, for repair costs as a result of accidental damage
1 and 3 year cover periods available
Discounted rate for a pre-paid 3 year period

Conditions:

Can be purchased if product is less than 4 years old
If product is 4 years old, a maximum of 2 years’ cover can be purchased
If purchased outside the free warranty period, the product will require a chargeable pre-service

Value Warranty Package
Want to avoid a large servicing bill, but don’t need a fully inclusive package? Then choose our Value Warranty option. This includes all the benefits of the Premium Warranty Package apart from wear and tear cover.

Refresh Service Package
For camera heads and tripods with multiple owners, worked in harsh environments or exposed to corrosive elements such as sand, our unique Refresh Service is the perfect solution to retain performance and product lifespan:

Thorough external and internal cleaning service for heads and tripods
Return your camera head or tripod to good working condition after shooting in harsh environments
Maintain quality of equipment operated by inexperienced or multiple users
Pay as you go – simply buy a Refresh Service any time you need one
Examination report provided on level of repair and condition
Insurance report, if required, for repair costs as a result of accidental damage
Preferential rates for shipping to your nearest Service Centre
Fixed price of £200 per Refresh service + VAT per head and £100 per Refresh + VAT per tripod
